The Uxbridge Bruins are proud to announce that forward Daniel Wu will be returning to the Bear Den for his third season with the team.
A key contributor for last season’s Orr Division and Cougar Cup championship, Wu is looking forward to the challenge of a repeat in 2019-20.

The Uxbridge Bruins are very proud to announce that last season’s leading scorer, Justin Bennett will be returning to the Bear Den.
The 21-year-old Stouffville native joined the Bruins prior to last season following a successful Junior ‘A’ career in the OJHL and immediately became an impact player in the Orr Division. Bennett finished second in the Division’s scoring race, and played a pivotal role for the Bruins as the followed up their Orr Division regular season title with a Cougar Cup playoff championship.
The Bruins are prepared to defend both championships in the 2019-20 season, and Bennett will play a big role for the team in their bid for back-to-back titles.

As training camp continues and the Uxbridge Bruins’ roster continues to take shape, the team recently stepped into the trade market and acquired a pair of forwards.

Adam Bilyea and Spencer Mazakain were both key contributors for the Clarington Eagles last season, and will add to a strong core of Bruins forwards eager to defend the Orr Division and Cougar Cup championships.

The Uxbridge Bruins remain undefeated in PJHL pre-season action after a 7-2 victory vs the Stayner Siskins earlier this afternoon in Wasaga Beach.

The Uxbridge Bruins opened the PJHL pre-season on Friday night in Stouffville, doubling up the Schomberg Cougars. Uxbridge’s Cam Smith turned aside 36 shots for his first career junior hockey victory.
Next up is a Sunday afternoon matchup against the Stayner Siskins in Wasaga Beach.
