Bruins take down first place Knights

The Bruins and the Knights played a scoreless first period as Uxbridge out shot NK 19-4. Uxbridge started the second strong on Cameron Moffitt’s steal at his blueline and then raced in setting up Bennett Britton for a shot that rebounded back to Moffitt for a goal. Daniel Giorgio would then get a shot on goal and he fired in his rebound for a 2-0 lead. After Esa Patton ripped one of the crossbar the Knights came back with a PP goal to end the second at 2-1Bruins.

The Final was 7-3 as the Bruins move into a tie for first place with North Kawartha and Lakefield.

Uxbridge native Bennett Britton picked up his first point as a Bruin, assisting on Cameron Moffitts second goal.
